Corporate-integrated form of development agroindustrial complex in the Kyrgyz Republic

The essence of the functioning of the integrated form of corporate governance in the agro-industrial complex is researched and scientifically substantiated. The results of the analysis of the state and possible prospects for the development of corporate governance in modern conditions are presented. Methods of interaction between management bodies have been defined and mechanisms for improving integrated corporate governance systems for the agro-industrial complex in the Kyrgyz Republic have been developed.
