In this article the author attracts our attention to the growth of corporative conflicts, which is one of the most widely spread tendencies in Russian fussiness environment in recent years. This negative situation takes place due to imperfection of preventive system in this sphere. The main problems, essential reasons and measures for conflicts minimization are also belong analyzed in the article.
