Corporate relations in civil law

Corporate rights, together with corporate obligations, represent the content of corporate legal relations, which, according to the results of the civil law reform that took place in 2014, were singled out as a separate category of legal relations, which differs from legal relations of obligation and real type. The article discusses the concept and types of subjects of corporate relations in Russian law. The author analyzes the content of civil legislation, provides a definition of the subjects of corporate relations. Also in this paper, a number of features of corporate relations are considered, which make it possible to distinguish them from other types of civil legal relations.
