The article analyzes the impact of corporate culture and identity on efficiency and stability of the company. The authors have carried out a research of corporate identity of Kierge LLC, which demonstrates that corporate identity elements allow the company to take over the leadership and be competitive at the market. There some general guidelines presented for corporate identity improvement, which can be implemented by different types of businesses.
