Corporate experience of socio-economic integration of people with disabilities with higher education

The article is devoted to the study of corporate experience of social and economic integration of people with disabilities with higher education. The author justifies the relevance and significance of the topic of study. It is argued that there is a well-formed inclusive culture in the Russian Federation. However, in order to complete the process of building and building capacity for its further development in the country, it is necessary to systematically reduce and eliminate the barriers associated with the professional self-realization of a person with disabilities. The results of the study of the corporate experience of socio-economic integration of people with disabilities also made it possible to argue the need to develop a system of targeted measures taking into account the inclusive differentiation of candidates. This is especially the case for professionals with higher education because of their high human potential, which will solve the problem of the personnel crisis.
