The publication addresses the issues of comparing the concepts of reputation, business reputation, goodwill of the company. Based on the analysis of the functions of the corporate portal, the conclusion was made about the optimality of the communication and technological tools of the corporate portal for solving problems of improving the reputation and goodwill of the company.
