Correction and formation of basic personal qualities, oriented on the educational process

The success of the pedagogical process is characterized by the presence of formed basic personal and socially significant qualities of the participants of the educational process. Diagnostic tools that enable to identify business qualities, peculiarities of interaction with other people, sphere of interests, appearance, manners, behavior, as well as cognitive-personality characteristics are required while forming and correcting the qualities necessary for the educational process. The methods of psychological testing that exist today are mostly oriented to clinical research rather than to the educational process. In this work, the basic personal qualities and socially considerable qualities, as well as methods of their diagnostics oriented to the mentoring part of the educational process, are researched.
