Correction of experimental secondary immunodeficiency by plant remedy

The immunomodulating activity of the plant remedy - a dry extract of Astragalus membranaceus (Fisch.) Bunge has been allocated in experiments on the F1 (СВАxC57Bl/6) mice. The extract in the dose of 50 mg/kg can relax the supressive action of azatioprin cytostatic on antibody genesis, cellularindirect immune reaction, which is expressed in the increasing of immune indices. The extract does not change the indices of immunity in intact mice.
