Presently large actuality was purchased by the problem of diagnostics and treatment of venous thromboembolics complications. In the article reasons of origin, diagnostics and treatment of complications, are analysed as it applies to ambulatory technologies acquiring all greater distribution. As illustration clinical supervisions over of two patients operated in the inpatien department of one day , at that in an early postoperative period the cerebral developed and subendocardial to the ischemia are brought, what was assisted by a few physiopathology mechanisms among that one of basic was a hypercoagulative syndrome.
