Professional and emotional burnout is one of the main phenomena associated with the activity of "man-man." The mental health of his students depends on the psychological health of the teacher. In order to ensure and maintain a high level of activity of teaching staff in educational institutions, it is necessary to pay attention to such a psychological aspect as the emotional burnout of teachers working with children of early and preschool age in compensating groups.
