Correction of the turning mode under conditions of uncertainty of technological information, taking into account changes in machining parameters

The article presents a method for determining the machining mode, which provides for the correction of models linking the output and input parameters of the process according to the current information about the output parameters. A plan has been developed for varying the controlled parameters of the turning process, allowing these parameters to be brought closer to the optimal level. Software has been developed based on this methodology. Using the developed program, studies of the effectiveness of the developed technique in correcting the turning mode calculated according to the formulas of the cutting theory were carried out. The use of the adjusted mode allows to increase the processing performance while ensuring the required quality of the processed part.
