Peyronie's disease (also known as fibroplastic or plastic penile induction) is one of rare diseases, according to some sources its prevalence is 23% in the male population. Peyronie's disease is the main organic cause of curvature and, as a consequence, shortening of the penis. To date, many methods for treating Peyronie's disease have been suggested, and there is no clear-cut opinion on the choice of operational tactics. In this clinical case, one of the unique in its course and variant of the outcome of Peyronie's disease is presented, with the choice of surgical treatment.
