Zero temperature correlation of the temperature coefficient delay with the dew point

It is shown that in a humid gas medium the temperature coefficient of delay (ТСD) of acoustic electronic device is set to zero for some value of thermal energy (temperature). There is a correlation between the temperatures of the zero value of TCD with a dew point. It is proposed to use the temperature dependence of the zero value of the vapor pressure of TCD to determine the relative humidity. Advantages of such method are considered.
