The correlation analysis of interdependence of the efficiency indicators of the dairy industry in the Russian Federation

The article provides a correlation analysis of the results of the functioning of dairy enterprises in modern Russia, which showed that manufacturers remain dependent on intermediate raw materials and supplies of imported equipment. The aim of the study is to determine the level of self-sufficiency in the sphere of production of certain types of food products in the modern Russian economy. The influence of import substitution processes on increasing the level of food security of the state and the need to stimulate domestic producers of intermediate goods for the production of dairy products are revealed.
