Corruption and use of ICT as a method to combat corruption

The article describes the reasons for the presence of corruption in the Russian Federation and proposed and justified the use of ICT as the most effective methods of combating corruption. The system of electronic government is described and methods of its introduction into governmental activity are shown, for its improvement.
