Corruption as a social phenomenon and directions of improvement of anti-corruption in the public service

The article deals with the problem of corruption as a social phenomenon, as well as the ways to improve the fight against corruption in the public service. Corruption can be subject to any person who has discretionary power - the power to distribute any resources not belonging to him at his discretion (official, Deputy, judge, law enforcement officer, administrator, examiner, doctor, etc.).
