One of the actual problems in the field of dermatology and cosmetology is that the patient has herpes simplex virus. It is characterized by a high tropism for cells of epithelioid type, expressed cytotoxic effect, bubble rash and integration into the sensitive ganglia of the Central nervous system where they are stored for life in a latent state in nerve cells. Frequent occurrence of herpes infections on the face has a negative impact on the work of cosmetologists - it complicates the introduction of injection implant, breaks the contour of permanent makeup lips, complicates the conduct of different skin cleaning procedures. The purpose of this work was to study the types and clinical manifestations of HSV and the investigation of the process of medical care in this pathology. As a result of the study of different literature and cosmetic clinic patient cards, the following conclusions were made: • There are 2 types of HSV: HSV-1 and HSV-2. The most frequent in cosmetic practice is HSV-1 causing location herpes infection on the face, often in the area of nasolabial triangle, which manifests itself in small bubbles on a background of limited congestion...
