Philosophy of cosmizm as an ideal basis for ethics of life

The purpose of this study is to analyze the ideas of the philosophy of cosmism and their justification as the basis for the ethics of life and life preservation. The methodological framework of the study consisted of the method of dialectics; method of historical linguistics; principles of comprehensiveness, integrity and humanism. As a result of the study, the key ideological positions of representatives of all trends in the philosophy of Russian cosmism were substantiated, on the basis of which it was concluded that the central idea of Russian cosmism is the idea of life preservation, and the key tenet of cosmic philosophy is the awareness of life as a fundamental value. An element of scientific novelty is the author's attempt to substantiate the ideological unity of all directions of cosmic philosophy.
