To address energy and climate problems on Earth, a space system is proposed which will include a subsystem to supply power from space to Earth and a space-based subsystem to adjust thermal conditions of the Earth atmosphere, and which will be constructed by a lunar industrial infrastructure utilizing lunar resources.
