This article examines the phenomenon of circumstantial evidence in labor disputes, focusing on its practical application. The growing importance of such evidence is explained by the unequal position of employees compared to employers and the difficulties in obtaining direct evidence. The study focuses on the courts’ interpretation of circumstantial evidence in the context of labor disputes. Case studies demonstrate the diversity of approaches to evaluating such evidence. Recommendations for developing a system for evaluating circumstantial evidence in labor disputes are offered.
