Nowadays the decline of preschool children’s health indicators makes it necessary to improve health-saving competence of preschool teachers. The article discusses the possibility of using coaching in a preschool organization. Coaching is one of the modern forms promoting the disclosure of internal potential of teachers and mobilization of this very internal potential, as well as mastering the advanced technologies in order to obtain the particular result defining the working efficiency. The article presents the modern experience of using coaching in order to improve of health-saving competence of preschool teachers.
