Coaching in the development of competence manager of the organization

The article explored the concept of coaching, relevance of using coaching-technology for the development of manager personal’s competencies, highlighted the main stages of using coaching, analised the characteristics of the introduction of coaching-technology in training system of personnel’s industrial enterprise, proposed elements of complex assessment of the efficiency of using coaching.
