The article briefly examines the geopolitical and economic plans of the Nazi leadership of Germany in 1941-1942 to military conquest the Krasnodar Region, the North Caucasus and Transcaucasia. The author considers the prospects of their further aggressive actions in Iran, India, and Central Asia, which are opening in connection with this. The ambiguity of the USSR's relations with its allies, the United States and Great Britain, is shown, which, by providing military and technical and food aid to the Red Army, continued the military and technical cooperation with Turkey, Hitler's potencial ally. Author shows the historically equivalent role of the defense of the Krasnodar region, the Caucasus and Stalingrad in the outcome of the Second World War and the fate of the whole world. The breakthrough of the enemy in any of these directions could tragically change the course of the war. The author asserts an incomparable value of all methods of fighting the enemy: resistance from the civilians, guerrilla movements and military operations.
Great patriotic war, battle for the caucasus, hitlerism, krasnodar territory, kuban, caucasus, allies, lend-lease
