Beauty as the foundation of education and rearing

One of the main properties of pedagogy is beauty. Beauty, defined broadly, is every-thing having to do with aesthetics, including also the method of creation, existence,and final purpose of the cosmos, and is therefore responsible for order in education.Beauty, in this way, is a property of the cosmological, anthropolical, theanthropic,ecclesiological, and sociological dimensions of the world. Man has been created as abeautiful creature - beautiful, but not perfect - and, as such, he carries the potential ofeternal life and has been appointed to be a carrier of divine radiance and beauty. Man,as an icon of God, was created with the potential to become perfectly beautiful andenlightened, since he is rational and godlike, and has been appointed for somethingmore exalted and valuable than matter.
