Crowd logistics as innovative business development tool

This article considers the factors (growth of Internet trade, development of information technologies) that led to the creation of a new direction in logistics - crowdlogistics. Reviewed the way the emergence of the concept of crowdlogistics, based on crowdsourcing. It was revealed on the example of the service «Yandex.Food» is shown that the use of crowdlogistics in the transportation processes can reduce logistics costs and ensure the reliability of delivery to the end user. Currently, the problem of distribution and implementation of crowdsourcing in Russian enterprises is extremely relevant, as this tool can become a competitive advantage.
