Crowdfunding: from realization of the private initiative to the solution of public problems

The article considers the legal nature of crowd funding, describes his differences from the similar legal relationship. At the same time, the attention is paid to crowd funding merits and demerits, and also the prospects of his use for the realization of private and public initiatives.
