Creative environment of modern town in management of urban communication

The article raises the question of the need to transform the architectonic of Samara culture in the context of the possibilities of creative practice and management of urban communication. It represents the views of the arch as a cultural reality and a significant element of the communicative environment of the modern city. According to the author, it is necessary to develop and implement social and cultural project for the purpose of filling the arched spaces typical houses by visual images that contribute to the diversity of the everyday urban environment. Changing patterns in the architectonic urban landscape affects the livelihoods of people, their economic comfort and social mobility. Architectonics of creative environment Samara regarded as a substantive field of innovation management and creative practice.
