Creative environment of modern town in management of urban communication

The proposed study actualizes the problem of daily megacities in Russia. Accepting the city as a cultural space, the citizen is included in various communication links and practices with him. Social creative practices in large cities are becoming very popular and in demand culture. This is evidenced by examples in Russian cities, given in the work. The author suggests using the objects already existing in the urban space - the house arches-tunnels, as a basis for creating new symbolic spaces, including them in the cultural reality of the modern city.
