Creativeness of action in drama for overcoming violence

What is a conflict, what is its nature, and how can we protect ourselves from violence and aggression? These issues are the focus of this article. It is important to understand that the origins of conflicts lie in our prehistory, in the biological predisposition of our brain to protect ourselves from external threats - imaginary and real. In this sense, our brain is largely predetermined by the general biological attitudes of self-defense, which often turns into aggression and intolerance. Here we are not much different from reptiles. But unlike them, we have a culture that not only saves us from loneliness, and gives us reason, but also challenges us through syndromes such as ethnocentrism, prejudice, superstition, xenophobia and intolerance.
