Creative action in urban art-design: experience of project developing of the street art gallery of Samara

Modernity presents the urban community with a choice: to wait for the renewal of the urban environment from the municipality or to change the city itself, which requires effort, time, financial investment, consistency and, most importantly, creativity of action. Despite the conducted studies of the phenomenon of a creative city, the problem has not been sufficiently developed in the field of applied cultural studies. The researchers left out of the field of attention the problem of identifying specific recommendations for the implementation of the concept of a creative city, to which this work is devoted.
