Creative industries: opportunities of the education system for training qualified manpower

The article is devoted to the analysis of opportunities for manpower training in the creative sector of the Russian Federation. The study analyzed federal and regional normative legal documents of the Russian Federation aimed at the development of creative industries, reports assessing the creative capital index of Russian regions, reports from regions on activities for the development of creative entrepreneurship, research and publications on projects in the field of training personnel for the creative industries sector.
