Creative possibilities of new technologies in management of world heritage: archaeological resources of intercultural communication

Бесплатный доступ

Our experience mainly concerns the archaeological research, not in its generality, and that is what we are mostly going to speak about. The production of information coming from an archaeological study (from the excavation to museum) should be naturally made flowing to the "public". The main task of archaeological research is to complete, or at least to improve, the knowledge of the historical heritage of a region or of a nation, even if it is one disappeared centuries ago. Thus the communication of archaeological studies' results is the final and maybe the most important phase in the whole archaeological research process. It looks like the natural "tail" of the whole archaeological research process.
