Creative potential of regional traditional culture (on the example of West-Siberian Transurals)

In the context of globalization is a growing desire of people to keep and reflect on their traditions. On the nature of the crisis of modern society, an increased interest in the problems of regional culture (of the local, local), which is associated with the processes of sovereignty regions, the elaboration of a new regional policy and strategy in the region of culture. Creative potential of the tradition is manifested in the interaction of new modern environment with proven traditional forms of life. Traditional culture is seen as creative resource of person's identification in society.
