The article is devoted to the study of the legal nature of credit obligations in modern civil law. The author analyzes the concept and essence of a credit obligation, as well as the problems of legal regulation of credit relations. The author comes to the conclusion that it is necessary for the legislator to determine the essential conditions for bank lending agreements.
