Lending to defense industry enterprises as a financial support tool for diversification

At the present stage of development of enterprises of the military-industrial complex, conditions have developed for more active involvement of credit institutions in their diversification activities. On the one hand, they have financial resources for investment, and on the other hand, they can have a targeted impact on minimizing investment risks when implementing diversification projects. This opens up opportunities for credit institutions to become active participants in diversification activities in the military-industrial complex. However, this is currently hampered by the unresolved nature of many issues related to the task under consideration. Therefore, the article presents tools that allow optimizing the participation of credit institutions in the activities of enterprises of the military-industrial complex when they implement diversification measures.
