Peasantry of Chuvashia in the end of the XX - the beginning of the XXI centuries

Processes of agrarian reformation are analysed on the basis of the materials of state statistics and sociological researches held in rural labour communities of the Chuvashi Republic. Social consequences of social and economic reforms carried out in the present-day village of Chuvashia are treated.
