Criminalistic characteristics of the method of committing corruption crimes without the purpose of theft by military personnel from among junior officers

The article analyzes the concept of the method of committing a crime as an element of the criminalistic characteristics of crimes; the positions of Soviet and Russian forensic scientists, their opinions and views are presented; the structure, content and elements of the method of committing the crime are proposed. The analysis of the examined criminal cases on the corruption-related crimes which are not associated with theft, committed by military personnel of the internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, Federal Service of National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation, the Ministryof Defense of the Russian Federation and other military formations of the Russian Federation is given.Methods of commission of corruption-related crimes by military personnel in ranks of junior officers are presented, their step-by-step criminal activity is described and the criminalistic characteristic as one of elements of the crime is presented.
