Criminalistic classification of ways of fraud in matrimonial relations

The article addresses an issue of the ways of fraud in matrimonial relations as a crucial element of criminalistic characteristics of given crime. The authors analyze the most common ways to plan, commit and conceal fraud within matrimonial relations as well as typical traces of criminal deception under study. The research reveals basic ways to apply data on ways of fraud committed within matrimonial relations to law enforcement process.
