The forensic technique of murder investigation as a kind of forensic techniques

Based on the analysis of a significant amount of scientific sources and statistics in the field of the theory of forensic techniques, the article considers issues related to the forensic characteristics of the murder, the initial stage of the investigation of the crime, as well as the investigation of murders in the subsequent stages. The author’s definition of the forensic methodology of the investigation and forensic characteristics of the killings is formulated.
