Forensic tactics in view of extending subject area of forensic investigations

Due to its synthetic nature and the possibility of using its provisions in any field of practical legal activity, directly or indirectly related to the establishment of the nature of the offense, proving grounds of liability for it, forensics can be actual in almost all areas of law enforcement, where there is a need to collect, verify and assess information about the circumstances of a tort, involvement in it and certain persons’ guilt. Moreover, in border areas of legal regulation preceding criminal proceedings, administrative procedures, lack of coordination of the efforts applied on a practical level sometimes leads to the loss of significant evidence, as forensic provisions do not apply to those activities that, in terms of implementing public functions, but outside of criminal proceedings are aimed at identifying offences with the uncertainty of the final outcome: what will be revealed - signs of a crime or an administrative offense or even the absence of the event and the composition of both.
