Forensically significant signs of burglaries as the basis for the criminalistic prevention of these crimes at the present stage

Based on the analysis of judicial investigative practice and theoretical sources the article presents the specific forensically significant signs of burglaries committed in modern conditions; the study and generalization of data on the specific methods of such crimes and their trace picture, on the subject and situation, the subject of criminal encroachment are carried out. Based on the data obtained on typical methods of entry into apartments, a number of preventive recommendations are proposed, as well as modern data on locking devices, the use of which contributes to the commission of the analyzed type of crimes. These theoretical provisions are illustrated with examples of practical nature.
