Forensic problems of proof in case of the lack of evidence

The article considers investigation of crimes as a multidimensional process that needs an appropriate research method (approach). The author analyses the principle features reflecting the forensic aspect of a crime: the method and mechanism of the act, the consequences of the act captured in the environment, the scale of application of scientific and technical means.
