The article provides a comprehensive analysis of forensic issues arising during the interrogation of minor witnesses and victims during crime investigations. It examines the psychophysiological characteristics of minors that significantly influence the formation of testimony. It considers procedural rules governing the interrogation of minors, including the mandatory participation of a teacher or psychologist. The authors identify tactical features of the preparation and conduct of investigative actions, taking into account age characteristics. The problems of establishing psychological rapport with minors being interrogated are analyzed. Issues of overcoming suggestive influence and countering the influence of interested parties are explored. The specifics of assessing the reliability and completeness of minor testimony are highlighted. The article considers forensic means of protecting the rights of minor participants in criminal proceedings. Practical recommendations for improving interrogation tactics taking into account the identified problems are offered. Promising areas for the development of forensic support for working with minor witnesses and victims are formulated.
