Forensic study of victims in criminal cases of sex crimes committed using the Internet

The article substantiates the relevance of the study of juvenile victims of sexual crimes committed using the Internet. The existing different approaches to determining the place of teaching about the victim of crime in the system of scien-tifc knowledge are considered. The subject of the criminalistic doctrine about the victim of crime is concretized. The role of the victim in the mechanism of crime is substantiated. Based on the forensic approach to the study of the properties of the personality of the victim of criminal assault, the analysis of 70 victims in 30 criminal cases, completed under the articles 132, 134, 135, 137, 242, 242.1 criminal code. Typical personal properties of victims, their interrelations with the criminal and features of the mechanism of a crime on this category of crimes are allocated, their value in the mechanism of a crime and in the course of preliminary investigation is shown.
