Criminalization of terrorist crimes

This article discusses some of the issues of criminalization and penalization of terrorist and extremist crimes. The author analyzes the legal structure of such categories as «terrorist community» and «extremist community», binds their relations with the criminal community (criminal organization) and draws attention to the fact that the legislator differentiated responsibility for various acts of a terrorist nature and of extremist orientation excluding the level of public danger.
