Criminal conflictology as a structural element of criminal procedure law

Purpose of article is to study of some issues of criminal procedure as a means of resolving criminal legal conflicts. Formal-logical and logical-legal research methods, criminal procedural conflict diagnostics were used. The article gives a substantive description of the conflict nature of criminal proceedings. It points to the formation of criminal conflictology as a structural element of criminal procedural law. The article has high scientific value, since it is one of the first attempts to consider the relationship between criminal law and criminal procedural conflicts within the framework of criminal procedural activities.
