The article deals with issues of criminal professionalism. The authors are of the opinion that counteraction to criminal professionalism in the present time is still an actual criminological and law enforcement problem. Changes in the underworld, new types of professional criminal activity and criminal labor market are analyzed. The conclusion that modern professional criminality gets a higher level of organization and distribution is drawn.
