Criminological characteristics of persons against whom compulsory medical measures are applied

The article is devoted to determining the features of the criminological characteristics of persons against whom compulsory medical measures are applied. To identify such abilities, the materials of fifty criminal cases considered by the courts of various subjects of the Russian Federation for the period from 2017 to 2023 were reviewed.
