Criminological characteristics of the personality of an offender committing crimes in the transport sector

The article is dedicated to the criminological characteristics of the personality of offenders committing crimes in the transport sector. The aim of the study is to identify the personality traits of individuals who commit crimes on transportation and to analyze the factors that contribute to such offenses. The author examines various types of offenders, focusing on their social, psychological, and demographic characteristics, and analyzes the influence of factors such as age, gender, education level, social status, and emotional state on their propensity to commit criminal activities. Based on these patterns, the author proposes measures to enhance the prevention of crimes in the transport sector.
