Criminological prevention of theft offences by prosecution authorities (by an example of Kostanay region)

This article focuses the prevention issue of stealing other people's property. The article author substantiates the increased public danger of this type of crimes against the property. There are discussed the general issues of the concept and content, types of the crimes prevention. The opinion is expressed the correlation of the terms “Warning” and “Prevention” with the reference to the concepts study, widespread in the scientific literature. The article author does a conclusion about the prosecution authorities' integral role as a facilitator of all enforcement agencies activities in combating criminality. Based on the statistical data analysis and practical experience, the necessity is substanti- ated the close coordination of enforcement agencies and state authorities with business entities and the society - one of the essential conditions in the theft offences prevention.
